Pokesaving Rules

Here is a quick outline on how to LEGITELY make pokesaved pokemon.

You must follow these rules:
1. IVs may not exceed 70 Total
2. You amy only have ONE IV stat of over 25
3. Legit Movesets
4. Legit stats
5. Legit Evs
6. If you have a 31 IV stat your toher oens must be BELOW 21.
7. If you make a 30 IV stat your other ones must be BELOW 22.
8. If you make a 29 IV stat your other ones must be BELOW 23.
9. If you make a 28 IV stat your other ones must be BELOW 24.
10. You amy not have a IV total of udner 15

these are the ruels for THIS forum. Other oens generally have different rules.

All of my pokemon are legit and have 2 max IVs each. Does this mean that I'm not allowed to use them?
