I'm requesting that Dugtrio be made as a BL pokemon. Myr easons are shown below.

Dugtrio can take out LOTS of ou pokemon such as:
Scizor
Heatran
Metagross
Tyrannitar
Infernape
Blissey
Lucario
Roosting skarmory and zapdos
Jirachi
Heatproof Bronzong
Jolteon
Electivire
Forretress
Heracross
ETC.

As well as this dugtrio seems to completely decimate UU pokemon as most strong pokemon are either eelctric, Ground, Specs or scarfed.

Dugtrio cans tuff up SOME sweeps and has a amx speed of 372 which can outspeed its threats like celebi, Gengar, Gyrados, Starmie and even some choice scarfed pokemon like amchamp etc.

As well as this dugtrio has a small amount of 100% counters. Most of thema re found in OU. Some are.

Gyrados
Dusknoir
Milotic
Vaporeon
Sucuine
Giscor
Cresselia
Swampert
Alakazam (Speed tie)
Abomasnow
ETC.

Those are the top 10 threats to Dugtrio and only one is UU or below.

This beyond a doubt lands this pokemon in a higher tier then UU. While not as strong as SOME OUs and cang ett anked easily it is still one of the top 5 UU pokemon that deserve to be promoted to BL.

PLZ psot what tier you think dugtrios tier belongs in.

BL is best for dugtrio because it is only used to fill in gaps in a team, if the team doesn't have many problems with the mentioned poke's there is no reason to use it.

well really dugtrio is probably 1 of the best reveng killers in the game if not the best probably cuz of its speed and ability i think it deserves adlist BL atk maybe really isnt like salamance but with choice band it can make some serius damage

Dugtrio will remain in UU for the following reasons:

EXTREMELY SMALL MOVEPOOL
ONLY 2 EFFECTIVE SETS (SCARF, BAND)
Easy to revenge kill the revenge killer
Priority weakness
Easy to set up on
Bad typing
Only 1 STAB

It is not dmeoted to NU because:
fast
has AT LEAST 4 effective moves
Has a kilelr ability
Canr evenge kill
Can STAB 1hko most NON-RESISTING pokemon.
